We run our own business on governed AI agents, and we build the same system for operators. Every piece of work goes through one work-order system, and every agent has a narrow job and a hard boundary. The repeat work in your business gets done every day, the same way every time. Releases, spending and new public channels wait for a person to say yes. Routine work you have approved runs on its own, behind checks that stop it when something looks wrong. SOLODRIVE.PRO, a live software business, is developed and operated on this system every day.

What it means for the people who do the work ↓

For the people who do the work

A tool in your people's hands, not a replacement for them

The agents take the repeat steps off your team's plate: the reminders, the re-typing, the follow-up nobody gets to. Your people still make the calls, check the work and sign off, and the rail shows them what is done and what is next.

The same work gets finished in less time, and more of the day is left for their own lives.

    What you get

The repeat work, done every day

Intake, follow-up, scheduling, reporting, content and back-office checks run on a schedule instead of waiting for someone to get to them.

You decide what needs your yes

Agents prepare the work. You decide which jobs run on their own behind automatic checks and which wait for you. Releases, spending and new channels wait by default.

You can see what is actually done

Every job has a status and a written result. "Done" means someone checked it, so you are not chasing people or guessing.

    Problems speak up

A stuck job says what stopped it, and an alert keeps repeating until a person answers it. You hear about a problem when it happens.

    What we do

    We operate

We run our own work on the system every day: code, releases, research, content and monitoring. SOLODRIVE.PRO, a live software business, is developed and operated on it too. What we build for you is something we depend on ourselves, under the same rules you read on this site.

    We build for operators

We take a workflow you have already proven by hand and hand it to agents one job at a time. You keep the process you trust, and the gates sit where your money and your name are at risk.

    The system, in five parts

How a governed agent workflow is put together, and what each part does for you

    1. One work-order rail

Every unit of work is a row with an owner, a status, a cost and a custody trail. Ask where any job stands and you get one answer, from one place.

    2. Specialised lanes

Each agent has one job, a short list of tools, and a write boundary backed by guards that run before the action. An agent drafting your content has no way to change your code or your customer records.

    3. Human gates

Agents build and test on staging, and a person approves production releases, spending and new public channels. A release reaches your customers only after someone has looked at it.

    4. Routing and messages

Work moves as work orders; alerts, signals and decisions move as messages, and a message can never assign work. Nothing gets done off the record, and nothing gets lost in a chat.

    5. An audit trail by default

A run that leaves no committed result is recorded as blocked, not done, and only a review closes work. You keep a record of what was done, by which agent, and who signed off.

    Method

Operator first: automate what already works

We do not start with a model. We start with a workflow a person already runs by hand and can explain step by step. We write it down as work orders, give each recurring job to one lane, put a gate where a mistake costs money or reputation, and only then let agents run it.

You keep the way of working you already trust. You take on change one small, checked job at a time, never the whole business at once.

SOLODRIVE.PRO, developed and operated on our agent system

SOLODRIVE.PRO gives independent drivers their own booking page, their own rider list and direct payment into their own Stripe account, alongside the gig apps they already drive for.

The rules that protect SOLODRIVE.PRO and its customers are the same rules we set up for yours.

Two ways to work with us

Pay for the work, or pay with a share of what it builds

    Pay for the work: SogaStudio

You pay SogaStudio for the engagement. We start from the workflow you already run by hand, build it, and put the gates where your money and your name are at risk.

Pay with a share: SoGa Capital

Rather pay with a share of future transactions than a fee? See SoGa Capital. Instead of paying for the work, your business gives SoGa Capital a percentage of its transactions going forward, and we do the same work.
