These terms cover your use of soga-studio.com, run by SogaStudio LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("SogaStudio," "we," "our" or "us"). The section on text messages describes the SogaStudio inquiry follow-up program. How we handle your information is in our Privacy Policy.
1. Using this website
You may read this website and use the "Ask us" chat and the contact form to ask us about your work. Please give true information, and do not use the website to send spam, to attack it, or to break the law.
2. What this website is, and is not
This website describes how we work. It is general information, not advice for your business. Asking us a question does not create an engagement. Any work we do for you is agreed with you in writing first.
3. SMS / text messages
Program name: SogaStudio inquiry follow-up.
- How you join. In the "Ask us" chat, you choose text, enter your US mobile number, and tick the consent box, which is unticked until you tick it. We do not text you unless you do.
- What we send. A one-time verification code, and replies to your inquiry. No marketing texts.
- From. Our toll-free number, (888) 360-5493.
- How often. Message frequency varies with your inquiry.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out. Reply STOP to opt out. We send one message to confirm, and then no more texts.
- Help. Reply HELP for help, or reach us at info@soga-studio.com or (888) 609-1221.
- Not a condition of purchase. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase or of any service. You can choose email instead.
- Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Your number. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
4. Our content
The text, design and images on this website belong to SogaStudio LLC. You may quote or link to it with credit. Names of other businesses on this website belong to their owners.
5. No warranty, and limits
We work to keep this website accurate and available, but it is provided as it is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, SogaStudio is not liable for losses that come from using this website.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Updates are posted on this page with a new effective date.
